True, but I feel the difference when I delay my post-workout meal. Energy crash hits harder.

For me, pre-workout carbs are essential. A banana + oats an hour before = way more energy in my lifts.

Yep, because catching cleans/snatches requires it. That’s why I like training deep — more functional crossover.

I used to butt wink badly — solved it by raising heels with weightlifting shoes. Game changer.

I’m in the ATG (ass-to-grass) camp. If your mobility allows, deeper squats build more strength and carryover to athletic movements.

I keep it simple — resistance bands, bodyweight, and a pull-up bar.
Routine:

15 pull-ups (3 sets)

20 push-ups (4 sets)

25 air squats (3 sets)
Takes me 20 mins, and I barely need space.

I used to pull conventional with feet narrow, but switched to semi-sumo. Less stress on my lower back. Anyone else try this?
