I used to pull conventional with feet narrow, but switched to semi-sumo. Less stress on my lower back. Anyone else try this?

Yes! I went sumo last year—game changer for my hips. But my lockout is still weak. Any tips?

@GraceReps deficit pulls helped me big time for lockout. Also heavy RDLs for hamstrings.

Conventional here. I keep feet hip-width, shins about 1 inch from bar. Biggest fix: pulling the slack before driving up

@nick_bulkzone same. “Pull the slack” is underrated. I also wedge my hips down instead of yanking from the top.

I film my lifts every week. Discovered I was starting with my hips too high—basically a stiff-leg deadlift
