I’m opposite. I eat lighter before training, then big carb meal after for recovery. Rice + chicken post-lift is my jam.

I go slightly below parallel. ATG feels sketchy on my knees if I’m using heavier weights. Depth depends on body type and mobility.

Bulgarian split squats (using my couch)

Pike push-ups

Glute bridges
I also keep a yoga mat rolled under my bed. Zero excuses.
