Re: Overhead press keeps stalling - is it technique or just a weak point?

That's a big leak. Cue 'bar back, head through' at the top - the bar should finish over your mid-foot/ears, not out front. Forward drift turns it into a weak front-delt press.

Re: Overhead press keeps stalling - is it technique or just a weak point?

Both are common, but check technique first. Most stalled presses are leaking power: no leg/glute tension, bar drifting forward, or not getting the head 'through' the window at lockout. Film it before assuming it's a weak point.

That's the right call. The depth will come. Strong and healthy beats deep and rounded every time.

Re: Squat depth - is below parallel necessary or is it ego? Genuinely asking

For muscle, parallel-ish (hip crease to knee) already gets you the vast majority of quad and glute development. Below parallel adds a bit more glute/adductor but it's not make-or-break. Control beats depth for hypertrophy.

Mark the knurling. Index fingers on the same ring every single time. Removes one big variable instantly.

Re: Bench press - should the bar touch the same spot every rep? Getting conflicting advice

Wandering touch point usually means an inconsistent setup. Same grip width, same shoulder retraction, same leg drive every rep and the touch point stabilises on its own. Fix the setup, not the touch.

Re: Form check: my hips shoot up first on deadlifts - cues that actually fixed this for you?

'Chest up, then push' helped me. Brace, get the chest tall to lock the back, THEN drive the legs. If the back rounds or hips shoot, the brace failed first.
