Small Form Mistakes That Quietly Lead to Injuries?

I've started paying more attention to my form lately because I realized most injuries don't happen from one bad rep they usually come from small mistakes repeated over time. Things like *rushing warm-ups *adding weight too quickly *losing control during reps or even *ignoring small aches can slowly build into bigger problems..What are some form or training habits you've changed that helped you stay injuryfree?

I stopped skipping warm-ups specially before heavy squats and deadlifts even 5-10 minutes of preparation made my body feel much better.

The one biggest change for me was slowing down my reps. Controlling the weight helped me notice bad positions before they became a problem

Ego lifting was my biggest mistake. Dropping the weight slightly and focusing on technique helped me progress faster without constantly getting small injuries. I know all beginners got through in this way

I learned that pain isn't something to always push through. Adjusting an exercise for a few weeks is better than being forced to stop training completely.

Recording your lifts from the side is underrated I fixed a lot of small form issues just by watching my own technique.

Mobility work helped me a lot mainly for areas that felt tight before training. Better movement made my exercises feel smoother.

All my brothers the one biggest injury prevention tip is patience. Strength takes time and your muscles often adapt faster than your joints and connective tissues safe lifting you all

Great points from everyone and most injuries can be reduced by respecting the basics * good technique *proper warm-up *gradual progression and *listening to your body. Staying consistent for years matters more than rushing short-term progress.
