First Time Someone Asked If I Lift – Best Feeling Yet

Post by Ghostxmind »

I've been training consistently for around 11 months now and today someone at work randomly asked if I'd been lifting because my shoulders looked bigger. That honestly meant more to me than any number on the scale. There were plenty of days where I felt like I wasn't making progress but looking back at old pictures and hearing comments like that reminds me how far I've come. Sometimes the changes are so gradual that you don't notice them until someone else points them out.
