Powerlifting Changed the Way I Measure Progress
Powerlifting Changed the Way I Measure Progress
Before trying powerlifting I judged every workout by how pumped I felt afterward over time my perspective changed completely I started paying more attention to improving my squat bench and deadlift with solid technique instead of chasing exhaustion every session. Some workouts felt easier than expected but they were still productive because I was following the plan instead of training based on emotion. That approach helped me become more patient and consistent and I found that strength gains often translated into better overall performance in my bodybuilding workouts as well. It taught me that long-term progress comes from sticking to a structured plan rather than constantly searching for something new.
