30-day consistency challenge - just don't miss, log it here

The simplest challenge there is: 30 days, don't miss a planned session. Doesn't matter what you train, just don't skip. Rest days are allowed if they're planned. Post a quick check-in when you train. Consistency is the skill we're actually building here. Day 1 done.

In. This is the challenge I actually need - my problem was never the workouts, it was the missed days. Day 1 logged. The 'never miss twice' rule lives here.

Joining. As a beginner this is perfect - forget optimal, just build the habit of showing up. Day 1 done, even though I only had 30 minutes.

A 30-minute session you showed up for beats a perfect one you skipped. That's the whole lesson. Logged.

In. Dad life means flexibility, so I'm pre-planning my rest days so a skip is a choice, not an accident. Day 1 in the books.

Great mindset everyone. The trick is keeping the bar low enough that life can't knock you off it - short sessions count, planned rest counts, just don't let one miss become three. Day 1 done here too.

Love this one because it fixes the actual problem for 90% of people. Motivation is unreliable, the habit of just turning up isn't. Keep the check-ins coming.

Day 2 check-in for me, done. Keep them rolling in, accountability is the magic here.
