Simple one for the cardio-haters (me included). 30 days, 10,000 steps every day. No gym cardio required, just move. Post here daily or every few days to stay honest. Who's joining? Day 1 done for me - 11,200.

In. I sit at a desk all day so this is exactly the kick I need. Day 1: 10,400, barely scraped it with an evening walk.

Joining. As a dad with two kids and no time for steady cardio, steps are the perfect low-effort fat-loss lever. Day 1: 9,800 - so close, will nail it today.

9,800's basically there, you'll get it. The evening walk to top up is the classic move. Logged you both in.

In. Step count is criminally underrated for fat loss - it's most people's biggest missing piece. Day 1: 13,500, walked the long way everywhere on purpose.

Love the turnout. Tip for hitting it: park further away, take calls walking, one deliberate 30-40 min walk a day. It adds up faster than you'd think. Keep posting your counts.

Day 2 already feeling it in the best way. This is way more doable than forcing myself onto a treadmill.
