Some people say take 2–3 full rest days, others only take one or just keep lifting every day. How many rest days keep you fresh and growing without slowing your progress?

I usually take 2 rest days a week. Helps my body recover and my lifts feel stronger after that.

For me one full rest day works fine. If I train too many days in a row I start feeling drained.

I do 5 days lifting and 2 days rest. That balance keeps me fresh and I don’t feel burned out.

Sometimes I take an active rest day instead of full rest. Just light walking or stretching to recover.

Honestly it depends on how hard you train. If your workouts are intense, you definitely need at least 1–2 rest days.

Same here bro. Recovery is when the muscles actually grow, so rest days are important.

Good to hear different routines. Sounds like most people keep 1–2 rest days depending on training intensity. I might try that and see how my recovery feels. πŸ’ͺ
