After a killer workout I sometimes get this weird low energy/mood crash. Is it just fatigue or something mental? Anyone else deal with this?

Yep, happens to me too. I think it’s blood sugar crash + endorphin dip. Snack or shake helps.

I used to feel super down after heavy leg days. Now I hydrate and get a protein+carb meal right after, much better.

Mental crash for sure. Sometimes I need a 20-min walk post-workout to reset my brain.

Glad I’m not alone 😅 I thought I was just overthinking it. Maybe I need to check my post-workout nutrition.

I noticed it mostly after fasted workouts. Eating before lifting really reduced that post-session slump.

Could also be low iron or electrolytes. If it’s happening a lot, might be worth a checkup.

Some people say it’s “post-exercise depression.” Weird, but legit endorphins drop after peak highs.

Thanks for the tips, everyone! I’ll experiment with snacks and timing and see if that stops the crash. Feels better just knowing it’s normal.
