Anyone Actually Feel a Difference With Ashwagandha?

Some say it helps with stress, sleep, and even strength. Others say it’s useless. What’s your experience?

I’ve run KSM-66 a couple times. For me it wasn’t some magic strength booster, but sleep was deeper and I felt less wired at night. That alone made it worth it during prep.

Did absolutely nothing for me. No mood change, no strength bump, no better sleep. Might work if you’re super stressed, but if your life’s already dialed in, it’s kinda meh.

I noticed it more for stress than gym performance. Work was crazy last year and I wasn’t snapping at people as much lol. Lifts stayed about the same though.

I think a lot of guys expect it to feel like a test booster. It’s not that. It’s more subtle cortisol management type vibe. When stress drops, recovery improves. That’s where the “strength gains” probably come from.

Helped my sleep big time. I stack it with magnesium glycinate before bed and I’m out. If I sleep better, I grow better. Simple math.

Careful with dosing. When I pushed it higher I actually felt kinda flat and unmotivated. Lower dose was better for me. More isn’t always better with this stuff.

Appreciate the feedback fellas. Sounds like it’s more of a stress/sleep play than some secret PR hack. I’ve been feeling pretty fried lately, so maybe that’s where it could help. Might run a moderate dose and see how recovery feels instead of expecting crazy strength jumps.
