I’ve seen a ton of mobility routines online but half of them feel like fluff. What simple drills or habits actually made a difference for you in staying pain-free and moving better?

Honestly, hip openers and ankle mobility work changed my squat depth big time. I do them every leg day.

I keep it basic band shoulder dislocates, 90/90 hip rotations and some thoracic twists. 10 mins tops.

Yeah, I’ve been trying random YouTube routines but most feel like yoga stretches that don’t help much.

That’s because most “mobility” influencers overcomplicate it. Just move your joints through full range daily. Doesn’t need to be fancy.

I started using a lacrosse ball for chest and lats before pressing made my shoulders feel brand new.

Same here. Upper back mobility + scap retraction drills = healthy shoulders for life.

Might start doing that pre-bench. My shoulders crack every time I warm up.

If you can, hit a yoga class once a week. Not full-time, just to improve flexibility and breathing.

Also, controlled articular rotations (CARs) they look weird but they keep joints smooth.
