Thinking of swapping whey for plant blends because of stomach issues. Did digestion, pumps or recovery change for you?

I switched because whey was wrecking my stomach. Plant blend sits way lighter for me, no more bloating.

Recovery felt about the same honestly. Biggest difference was digestion, not strength or size.

That’s what I’m hoping for. Whey works but the stomach drama isn’t worth it anymore.

Taste used to be terrible but newer plant blends are solid now. Just gotta find one that mixes well.

Pumps were slightly less at first, but once calories stayed high it evened out.

Check the amino profile. Some plant proteins are weak unless they’re blended right.

I rotate both now. Whey post-workout, plant protein before bed. Best of both worlds.

If dairy messes with you, plant protein is a no-brainer. Gains won’t disappear if macros are on point.
