Man, today’s lift was trash. Weights felt heavier than usual, couldn’t find my groove, and even the pump was dead. Happens to everyone, I guess but curious how y’all deal with it. Do you just move on like it’s no big deal, or does it kinda mess with your mindset for the next session?

I just remind myself one bad lift doesn’t erase the grind. Keep pushing.

Happens to everyone. I treat those days as a mental deload.

Yeah, guess I just overthought it mid-set. Gonna fuel up and reset tomorrow.

If every workout was perfect, it’d be boring. Bad sessions keep you humble

I track those days. Usually tied to stress or sleep. Once fixed, performance bounces back fast.

Use it as fuel, bro. Next session always hits harder after a rough one.
