Not every day is hype day. Some mornings I’m dragging but still show up. Curious what mental tricks or routines keep you guys consistent when motivation dips.

Honestly? Habit. I don’t even think about it anymore, I just go. Same way I brush my teeth.

Music + caffeine. Even if I feel dead, blasting my playlist gets me moving.

For me it’s keeping the gym close. If I had to drive 30 minutes, I’d skip way more. Convenience = consistency.

Shorter sessions on low-energy days. I’ll go in and just do compounds, 45 min max. Better than nothing.

Visualization helps me. I picture how I’ll feel after the workout. Never once regretted going, but I always regret skipping.
