I skipped 3 weeks straight—total rut. Then I set a tiny goal: 10 push-ups a day.
Next thing I knew, I was back to full workouts. Small wins add up!

Slumps are mental. Told myself, ‘Just go’. Ten minutes turned into 60—consistency’s king.
