Using supps to sleep better? Share your stack—melatonin, ZMA, or others.
Do they help your recovery or just knock you out?

ZMA all the way. Noticed deeper sleep and fewer cramps.
I stack it with a low-dose magnesium glycinate before bed—wakes up feeling less groggy.

Same here! I use magnesium + chamomile tea combo.
If I’m wired, I’ll add ashwagandha. Not sedating but helps me chill.

Tried melatonin but I had weird dreams and woke up groggy.
Now I just wind down with a book + magnesium. No screens = better Zzzs.

Anyone else get muscle twitches if they skip magnesium?
I swear it’s the most underrated recovery tool.

@GraceReps yup! When I cut magnesium I had crazy cramps.
Now I take Calm magnesium powder with warm water and sleep like a log.

I use valerian root occasionally—makes me super drowsy though.
Usually stick to herbal teas + soft music + weighted blanket.

Who’s tried CBD for sleep? Thinking about trying a low dose tincture.
Not sure if it’s hype or legit recovery boost.

@MealPrepMaestro tried 10mg CBD before. It helped me fall asleep but didn’t change how I felt next day.
No recovery boost that I noticed.
