Straight monohydrate for me. 5g every morning with breakfast.
Cheap, works, no bloat for me.

Same. Tried HCL but didn’t see a difference, just costs more

Monohydrate + lots of water = solid lifts.

Anyone else get stomach issues with mono? I switched to micronized mono and it’s smoother.
Timing? I take mine post-workout with whey.

Mono is king. Pre or post doesn’t matter much IMO.
I dry scoop it with my pre-workout when I remember

No loading for me either.
5g daily, even on rest days. Keeps my muscles full.

HCL worked better for my gut. 2g instead of 5g mono.
Tiny scoop and still feel stronger on lifts.

I swear I recover quicker between sprints.
