I do one cheat meal a week, always on Saturday evening. Helps me stay sane 😅
Pizza + brownie, no guilt. I track it and move on.

@DanInMotion same here! I plan for it. Cheat meal doesn’t mean cheat day.
Favorite? Thai food and mango sticky rice 🍛🥭

Honestly, I don’t schedule cheat meals. I just eat intuitively.
If I want a donut, I’ll eat it, just account for it in my macros.

I tried the once-a-week method but it made me binge.
Now I have small treats daily—like 2 squares of dark chocolate. Keeps cravings low.

Cheat meal = LEG DAY REWARD 🍖
I go all in post-leg session: burger, fries, milkshake. Back to chicken and rice next day.

@nick_bulkzone I do the same! Nothing like a burger after squats 😍
But I keep it to once every 2 weeks during cut.

I skip cheat meals during prep. Too risky for me.
But offseason? Bring on the cheesecake.

@tony_trains agreed. Context matters. I’m bulking now, so I’m more flexible.
During comp season, I go 100% clean.

Anyone try the “refeed day” method instead of cheat meals? I bumped up clean carbs instead. Felt better and no guilt.
