I go high-volume, low-cal.
Zucchini noodles + lean turkey + tomato sauce = big bowl under 400 cals.
Also, lots of mustard. Weirdly satisfying

@nick_bulkzone lol I do that too. Mustard and hot sauce save lives.
My fav cut meal: egg white veggie scramble + 1 slice Ezekiel toast. Keeps me full!

Oats with chia seeds, almond milk, and a scoop of whey = breakfast that fills and fuels.
Add cinnamon + stevia, and it tastes like dessert.

Air-popped popcorn with nutritional yeast = best snack during cut.
Also make protein pancakes with oats, egg whites, and whey—350 cals, 35g protein.

When I cut, I make a giant stir fry: cabbage, broccoli, chicken breast, and soy sauce.
Fills a plate, low cals, high protein.

@shopfit stir fry is my go-to too!
I spiralize carrots and add edamame + tofu. High fiber = no cravings later.

I eat it slow like dessert and it keeps me full. Casein before bed helps overnight.

Anyone else blend frozen cauliflower into shakes? Adds creaminess and bulk without changing taste. Game changer.
