Bro, I’m aiming for 210g a day right now. I meal prep ground turkey with lentils and add cottage cheese to everything

Also: protein coffee in the morning = game changer.

I shoot for 150g daily. Sneakiest add? Egg whites in oatmeal. Doesn’t change flavor but bumps the protein.
Also: Greek yogurt + whey = thick pudding

I’m on 180g/day. Been doing 90-second microwave egg muffins—6 eggs + spinach + turkey slices.
Post-lift, I mix unflavored whey into soups and stews. Works shockingly well

Lol I just rotate between chicken, tuna, and more chicken.
Big fan of jerky too. Portable and chewy = snack gains.
Trying to hit 200g but usually land at 185g.

I live on protein pancakes

I blend oats, cottage cheese, egg whites, and a scoop of vanilla whey.
Also love edamame and tofu for a change from meat.

Lentils + quinoa + grilled steak = my power bowl. 1 bowl = 60g protein.
Also: casein before bed, thick like pudding, knocks me out too

Love using collagen powder in my morning tea. Invisible protein boost!

Also love protein tortilla wraps. I pack those with scrambled eggs and veggies.

Anyone else tried making high-protein brownies with whey and black beans?
Tried last week… they tasted “healthy”

but not bad with peanut butter on top.
