I’m at 5 days lifting, 2 off—weekends are sacred! Hit 95-lb bench, but I’m wiped. Too much rest, or just right? What’s your split?

3 days on, 1 off— keeps me fresh for 225 bench. More rest = stronger reps—no burnout yet. How many days you rolling?

4 lift days, 3 rest—been pulling 405 deads like that for years.
Rest fuels gains—muscle grows off the rack.

Legs need more rest than upper tho—squats kill me.
