I’m flat back all the way—75 lbs feels shaky with an arch.
Scared I’ll snap something—safety first, right?

Arch gang— 225 bench PR with it! Shorter range, more power—back’s fine so far.
Anyone tweak their arch lately?

Big arch for comp—405 bench max—cuts the distance, pumps the numbers.
Flat’s safer for casual lifts tho—your goals matter.

Tried arching at 85 lbs—
“Felt like a pretzel!”
Went flat—more stable.
Critique me—shoulders ache after.
Form tips?

Flat back—165 bench, no pain.
Arch tweaked my lower back once—never again.
Power’s decent—safety wins.

Arch master— 315 bench, tight form—legs drive it.
Flat’s cool for hypertrophy—less strain.

Arch for 185 bench—more power, less shoulder grind.
Took practice—back was stiff at first.
