I run a 4-day split—push/pull/legs/repeat.

Took me years to crack this—progressive overload’s your hypertrophy hack. Started at 180 lbs, now 195, lean.

I’m on PHUL—Power Hypertrophy Upper Lower—4 days, mixing strength and size. Chest popped after drop sets—10 reps, strip weight, repeat ‘til failure. Struggle’s eating enough—aiming for 3500 cals, ugh.

Slow eccentrics—4 sec down— torches fibers.
  1. Squat: 5x10, 70% 1RM
  2. Bench: 4x12, 3 sec drop
  3. Rows: 5x8
Eat leucine—3g post-lift—whey or eggs!

Been smashing a 5-day bro split—chest, back, legs, shoulders, arms. Took 8 weeks to see traps—275 deads did it. Nutrition hack: peanut butter pre-bed, keeps me anabolic. Plateau buster? Switch grips—wide to narrow.
