Hey gals, I’m 3 months into powerlifting—hit a 115-lb squat yesterday and nearly cried! Started at 95 lbs, so I’m stoked. But my deadlift form’s wobbly—any tips to lock it in? Love seeing women crush it here!

Been lifting 5 years—started at 130 lbs bodyweight, now 145 and pulling 405 deads. Biggest hurdle was self-doubt—thought I’d never fit in. Nutrition tip: 1g protein per lb keeps muscle on. What’s your go-to fuel?

Powerlifting 18 months—bench hit 165 lbs last week, up from 120! Challenge? Knee pain—sleeves saved me. Training hack: slow negatives on squats—grew my quads like crazy. What’s your fave lift, ladies?
