I keep it simple — resistance bands, bodyweight, and a pull-up bar.
Routine:

15 pull-ups (3 sets)

20 push-ups (4 sets)

25 air squats (3 sets)
Takes me 20 mins, and I barely need space.

Love that, Dan. I do:

Bulgarian split squats (using my couch)

Pike push-ups

Glute bridges
I also keep a yoga mat rolled under my bed. Zero excuses.

Mine’s slightly more equipment-heavy:

Dumbbell shoulder press

Renegade rows

Kettlebell swings
Takes 30 min. Small corner of the living room.

Not as strength-focused — mine’s for cardio:

Jump rope (2 min on / 30 sec rest, repeat 10x)

Mountain climbers (3 sets of 40 sec)

Burpees (3 sets of 15)
Sweat guaranteed.

I mix Pilates & bodyweight:

Side leg lifts

Plank holds (1 min, 3 sets)

Slow push-ups
Keeps me toned without needing weights.

I don’t have much gear, so:

Push-ups (wide, narrow, diamond)

Squats (sometimes add backpack weight)

Pull-ups
All in my doorway + living room floor.

Mine is strength + mobility:

Single-leg Romanian deadlifts (with dumbbells)

Overhead presses

Hip mobility stretches
Space = 2 yoga mats side-by-side.

I go full circuit style:

Jump squats (15)

Push-ups (20)

Dumbbell rows (15/side)
Repeat 4x. Sweaty and quick.
