Small Progress Adds Up

Post by Kenno_m »

I've started keeping a simple progress log to track my workouts, strength nd body measurements. Some weeks feel like nothing is changing but looking back at older entries reminds me how far I've come I don't expect progress every week but having something to look back on keeps me motivated. How do you guys track your fitness journey?

I take progress pictures every month & sometimes the changes are too gradual to notice day to day.

Keeping track of my lifts has been really helpful seeing an extra rep or a small weight increase feels rewarding.

I started writing down how I feel after workouts too it helps me understand which routines are working well.

My old progress photos are honestly my biggest motivation they remind me why I started in the first place.

I prefer monthly check-ins over weighing myself every day it keeps me focused on the bigger picture.

One thing I've learned is not to compare my current progress with someone else's highlight reel everyone has their own timeline🙌🏻
