Run, Lift, Regret: Who Signed Us Up for This? 😂💀

Whoever decided that running and lifting on the same day was a good idea clearly woke up and chose violence. πŸ˜‚πŸ’€ One minute you're feeling like a beast crushing your squat session, and the next you're staring at the treadmill like it's your worst enemy. Your legs are cooked, your lungs are fighting for their lives, and somehow your workout buddy is still saying, "Just one more mile!"
The funny part is that we keep coming back for more. Whether it's leg day followed by cardio, a brutal conditioning session, or trying to hit a new PR after running intervals, we all have those workouts that make us question our life choices. But that's part of the grind: pushing yourself, knowing when to back off, and laughing about it afterward.
Real talk, gym fam: what's worseβ€”running after leg day, doing cardio before lifting, or getting talked into a workout by that one friend who has way too much energy? Drop your most painful combo below! πŸƒβ€β™‚οΈπŸ‹οΈβ€β™€οΈπŸ”₯

Leg day followed by sprints is straight-up criminal. πŸ˜πŸ’€

My buddy promised me an easy jog after lifting, and somehow we ended up running three miles. Never trusting his workout plans again. πŸ˜‚

Running before heavy squats humbled me real quick. My legs were already tired before I even touched the working sets, and every rep felt twice as hard. Now I plan my cardio around my main lifts instead of trying to go all-out on everything.

Burpees after deadlifts should be illegal. My legs are cooked, my grip is gone, and the coach is still yelling for another round. πŸ’€

I used to stack heavy leg day with hard intervals because I thought more work meant faster progress. All I got was terrible recovery and workouts where my performance kept dropping. Now I keep my easy cardio easy and save the high-intensity stuff for days when I can actually give it my best.

πŸ˜‚ The group chat always makes it worse! Everybody complains during the workout, but somehow we're all ready to run it back next week.

Incline treadmill after squats? Absolutely not. 😭
