What’s Actually Worth Using?

I used to think adding more supplements automatically meant better results. Over time I realized the basics still make the biggest difference now I look at supplements based on a specific goal instead of taking a long list just because other people are using them I also pay more attention to how I actually respond because something that works well for one person might do very little for someone else.

I agree man If training and diet are inconsistent supplements aren’t going to fix much.

I’ve had better results keeping my supplement list simple easier to track what’s actually helping.

Quality matters too I always check the label and look for reputable testing when possible.👍

Some supplements are useful for convenience alone hitting nutrition targets consistently is the bigger win for me.

I also think people underestimate individual response I don’t assume something will work just because someone online recommends it.

Timing gets overcomplicated sometimes. Getting the basics right consistently matters more to me.

I keep notes when trying something new it’s much easier to judge whether it made a difference that way.
