My grocery cart basically looks like eggs, chicken thighs, ground beef, potatoes, rice, frozen veggies, bananas, berries, cottage cheese, and Greek yogurt. Nothing fancy and it keeps the grocery bill reasonable.

I’ve been eating more fish lately instead of relying entirely on chicken. Salmon with rice and roasted vegetables is probably my favorite dinner right now. 🐟

For snacks, I keep beef jerky, fruit, cottage cheese, Greek yogurt, and hard-boiled eggs around. Makes it way easier to avoid grabbing random fast food when I’m starving after work.

My biggest nutrition win has honestly been making enough food ahead of time. When I’m hungry and have nothing prepared, I’ll eat whatever is convenient. Having cooked chicken, rice, and veggies waiting in the fridge saves me from that every week.

I’m currently doing a pretty flexible approach: protein at every meal, carbs around my workouts, plenty of produce, and room for foods I actually like. I can stick with that much longer than some super restrictive meal plan. 💪🥦
