Supplements Worth Every Penny in 2026? 💊💪
Re: Supplements Worth Every Penny in 2026? 💊💪
For me, protein powder is the winner. I don't use it because it's somehow better than food; it's just convenient. If I'm short on protein at the end of the day, a shake is a lot easier than cooking another meal.

Creatine, no question. I've been taking it consistently for years and it's one of the few supplements I've never felt the need to replace with the "new and improved" version.

Magnesium has been useful for my routine, mainly because I pay more attention to recovery and sleep now. I wouldn't call it a muscle-building supplement, though, and I think people sometimes expect way more from supplements than they should.

Honestly, the best money I've spent is on the boring stuff: protein powder when I need the convenience, creatine, and occasionally caffeine. Everything else depends on the person and their diet. I'd rather put my money toward quality food, consistent training, and enough sleep than keep buying products that promise some huge performance boost. A supplement should fill a gap in your routine, not become the routine.
