I follow a simple rule: never increase everything at once.
If I'm lifting heavier, I don't also increase my workout volume or frequency during the same week. Gradually making one change at a time gives my muscles and joints enough time to adapt. Since following that approach, I've stayed consistent for months without dealing with nagging injuries.

Re: How Do You Prevent Injuries Without Slowing Your Progress?
Consistency has been far more valuable than intensity in my fitness journey.Instead of trying to break personal records every session, I focus on quality movement, progressive overload, proper recovery, balanced nutrition, hydration, mobility exercises, and listening to my body. Some weeks I push harder, while other weeks I intentionally reduce the workload to recover. That balance has allowed me to continue making steady progress while avoiding the setbacks that injuries often bring.
