Mirror + strength + consistency > scale. Keep stacking weeks and you’ll look back surprised how far you came.

Appreciate the feedback, that actually helps a lot. Going to keep focusing on strength, consistency and how I look/feel instead of obsessing over the scale every week. Sounds like I just need to stay patient and keep stacking weeks.
