Might start filming too. Feels like one of those lifts where perception and reality don’t match at all.

If your bar path is bouncing off your thighs, that’s usually a red flag.

At the end of the day, rows aren’t power cleans. If your lats are fried after and your lower back isn’t wrecked, you’re probably doing it right. Adjust weight until that’s the case.

Appreciate all the input. Going to drop the weight a bit and focus on control and lat engagement instead of just moving plates. Good reality check.
