Accessory work matters more than people think. Better hamstrings and upper back let me pull heavy less often but stronger overall.

Good point. Been adding more RDLs and rows lately and my setup off the floor already feels better.

Sleep and food make or break this too. If recovery is dialed in, weekly heavy pulls can work. If not, rotation is smarter.

Long term, rotating heavy deadlifts just feels more sustainable. I want to still be pulling strong years from now, not just this cycle.
