On the worst days, I literally bribe myself like “if you train, you get that cheat meal or Netflix binge guilt-free.” Works.

Honestly, I think discipline > motivation. Motivation fades, but habits carry you. Once it’s part of your identity, you don’t need hype every day.

I keep old pics of myself on my phone. Looking at where I started reminds me why I can’t slack.
