Honestly, try both for 8–12 weeks and see. No one-size-fits-all. Your recovery, lifestyle and diet will decide which hits harder.

Good advice, bros. I think I’ll run upper/lower for a block and compare. No harm in experimenting.

The best program is the one you stick to and progress on. Whether it’s PPL or upper/lower, consistency beats switching every week.
