I like magnesium L-threonate—crosses the blood-brain barrier and calms the mind better than citrate IMO.

@LiftWithLiam agreed on CBD. Felt mellow but didn’t wake up any more recovered than normal.

Anyone stack GABA or L-theanine with magnesium? I’ve read they help racing thoughts.

@nick_bulkzone yup! I stack L-theanine with green tea at night (decaf, of course). Works great with meditation.

3. Tart cherry juice (natural melatonin + anti-inflammatory)

I make a casein shake before bed. Keeps hunger away and helps with overnight recovery.

I also track my sleep with an Oura ring. Noticed deep sleep improves when I eat earlier and cut caffeine after 2pm.

So true! Caffeine cut-off changed my whole sleep game.
