@nick_bulkzone yes! I do HIIT 2x a week and creatine keeps me from gassing out too fast.

💡 Also keep salt intake up. Helps your body hold the water where you want it—in the muscle.

@michelle nope, I run it year-round. No harm in staying saturated.

Anyone notice better pumps with mono vs HCL?
I felt fuller on mono but less bloated with HCL. Weird.

@SophFit same. But bloat isn’t an issue if you drink enough water.
