Refeed days > cheat meals if you’re cutting. Cleaner and still satisfying.
I do sweet potatoes + oats + fruit bowls.

Cheat meals used to be emotional eating for me.
Now it’s mindful and planned. Took time to get there 💪

Same, Michelle. Mental discipline is part of the game.
I journal cravings and ask myself if I’m really hungry or just bored.
