Not a myth, but it’s a wider window than old-school bros claimed. You don’t need carbs 30 seconds after last set.

True, but I feel the difference when I delay my post-workout meal. Energy crash hits harder.

Yeah same. Even if science says “daily total matters,” practically, fast recovery feels better.

Carbs also affect mood post-workout. Quick carbs calm my nerves after heavy lifts.

I’ve noticed women sometimes respond differently. If I go carb-heavy pre, I feel sluggish. Post carbs = better for me.

Carbs are carbs — timing is personal. Just don’t skip them. Low-carb lifters look flat.

Careful, Nick. Some train well on low carb, especially endurance athletes on keto. Not everyone needs high carb
