Pro tip: cinnamon and vanilla extract save everything.

@DanInMotion blend it! Mix with fruit and a little honey, becomes creamy like yogurt.
Also good in protein pancakes or as filling in wraps.

Yes! I mix hemp seeds into smoothies and bake with almond flour for sneaky boosts.
Also: protein pasta is life. 20g per serving and tastes like normal noodles 🍝

Alright, last tip—don’t sleep on seitan!
It’s like 21g protein per 100g, chewy and super filling. I grill it with BBQ sauce for meal prep. Total beast mode 🌱💪
