All this sounds intense! Is there a program that’s, like, super easy?
I’m scared of getting hurt and don’t have much time—maybe 2 days a week?

FlexNewb, try a full-body 2x/week plan.
Day 1: squat, bench, row.
Day 2: deadlift, overhead press, pull-up (or lat pulldown). 3 sets of 8-10 reps, light weight.
Safe and simple—start there!

I’d say StrongLifts over Starting Strength for beginners—less to overthink.
I switched to PPL later, but 5x5 gave me a base. FlexNewb, don’t worry—start light, you won’t break!

Awesome input, crew! Beginners: StrongLifts, Starting Strength, or even MuscleMentor’s 2-day plan are gold.
Key is consistency—pick one, stick to it 8-12 weeks, and eat big.
Vets, keep the tips coming—newbies need you!
