For feet: Vaseline + wool socks. Sounds weird, but helps keep toes from going numb. Learned it from a military guy.

Anyone doing breathwork before training? Wim Hof method helps me mentally preparation for cold shock.

Absolutely. Cold showers year-round have prepped me well. 10°C feels balmy now 😂

Also, I use tennis overgrips on my pull-up bars – better than bare metal in subzero.

If you’re running, avoid open water trails. I slipped on a frozen puddle last week. Still sore 😩

I use a headlamp for evening workouts – darkness falls fast. Can’t train if you can’t see!

Cold air hits the lungs hard. I wrap a buff around my mouth to warm the air before it hits me. Makes breathing feel easier.

Smart tip. I also switch to nasal breathing when I can. Less dry mouth, more endurance.
