I use regular coffee before lifting and keep my routine simple. I get enough of a boost without spending extra money on a complicated supplement stack.

That makes sense! I feel like people sometimes confuse the tingling, sweating, or intense buzz with actual performance. A good session should still come down to quality reps, progressive overload, and recovery—not just how hyped you feel. 🏋️‍♂️

For heavy compound days, I can understand why some lifters prefer high stim, but I don't think every workout needs that level of stimulation. On regular training days, I'd rather keep my energy steady and focus on my technique.

Anyone else feel like stim-free is underrated? 👀 A solid pump and a focused workout without the caffeine jitters sounds like a win to me.

I'm glad this isn't just a high-stim-versus-nothing debate. 😂 Different schedules and caffeine tolerances call for different approaches, and there's no reason to force a supplement into your routine if it doesn't help. Train smart, recover well, and find what works for your body! 💯
