Exactly! Hitting a PR after weeks of hard work feels amazing. You don't have to be at your leanest to celebrate progress. 🏋️

I still want visible abs, but I'm done crash dieting for them. Slow progress works better for me.

Strength is my priority because I want to keep progressing for years. I'm eating enough, recovering properly, and focusing on good technique instead of ego lifting. If my physique improves along the way, that's a bonus. 💯

Your goals change as you gain experience. You start appreciating better technique, stronger lifts, and consistent training instead of focusing only on appearance. Looking good is still a plus, but it's no longer the only measure of progress.

Progress shouldn't be measured by appearance alone. A stronger squat, better recovery, and more confidence under the bar all count. If you had to choose one goal for the next six months, would you chase a new PR or get noticeably leaner? 👀

New PR for me, easy! 💪 I'd rather finish six months stronger and build more muscle than spend the whole time worrying about staying shredded. There's always room to work on your physique later.
