Oatmeal with eggs on the side is still one of my favorite budget breakfasts. It’s cheap, filling, and gives me a solid mix of protein and carbs before training. I’ll throw some berries or a banana in there when I want a little extra fuel. 🔥

I’ve been buying more frozen foods lately too. Frozen veggies, frozen berries, and bulk meat save me a ton compared with constantly buying individual “healthy” convenience foods.

My budget meal is definitely ground beef and potatoes. Add some hot sauce and seasoning and I’m good. 🔥

PB&J with a protein shake is my lazy-day move. 😂

Honestly, meal prep has saved me more money than any fitness-food hack. I’ll buy bulk chicken, rice, potatoes, eggs, Greek yogurt, and fruit, then build different meals from the same ingredients. It keeps my grocery bill reasonable while making it easy to stay consistent with protein and calories. 💯
