I’ve been keeping frozen turkey burgers in the freezer for exactly this reason. Throw one in the air fryer, heat up some rice, and add whatever veggies I have. It’s not a restaurant meal, but it hits my protein target without turning dinner into a whole project. The biggest thing I’ve learned is that convenient food makes consistency a lot easier.

Honestly, a smoothie with protein powder, banana, milk, peanut butter, and oats is my lifesaver. I can drink it while handling everything else.

The smoothie idea is clutch, especially after those workouts where I’m hungry but don’t feel like chewing through a whole meal. I’m definitely adding oats and peanut butter to my grocery list this week.
