Managing weekly volume has helped me stay stronger without feeling beat up all the time. I used to pile on extra sets after my main lifts because I thought more work automatically meant better results. These days, I focus on quality working sets and give myself enough recovery between hard sessions. I can still train with intensity, but I don't leave every workout feeling like I need three days off.

Sleep, food, and recovery matter just as much as the heavy sets. 😴

My mindset has shifted toward building strength I can maintain for years. Hitting a big lift is exciting, but being able to train consistently without constantly dealing with nagging aches feels like a bigger win. I'd rather make steady progress than sacrifice everything for one impressive number. 💪
